Is what you want possible?
In any given situation what is truly possible?
I use to say that my therapist saved my life. Now I understand, he helped me to see life through the lens of possibility.
Possibility is a powerful energy. When we experience something as possible, or see the possibilities inherent in a situation, doors open. And they open wide. It can be a bit of a chicken and egg thing – we explore something, experience some positive results and then witness what is possible for us. But to even explore something we have to know, if even slightly, that there is possibility here for something positive and meaningful to happen.
Awakening the zero point and living the zero point agreement is about opening the inner and outer doors to what is possible for us individually and collectively. There are secret gardens everywhere just beyond those closed doors.
The key to the door is often presented to us by “accident” while we are busy searching for something else. Nature too can be a consistent guide to finding the doors. Then to use the key (to open the door to the secret garden of possibility) we first must have a willingness explore what could be behind the door. Some call this a sacred curiosity. We can ask ourself, Does this door lead to a secret garden?
Possibilities emerge simply through the exploration of ideas and intentions. By merely holding an idea in our consciousness, possibilities emerge. Gardens are discovered. We can use the attitude of possibility to reframe a troubling issue, dynamic, or relationship where we desire transformation and realization. And, just taking the time to sit down and explore this — to simply write in your journal the reframing of something as possible that you have thought not possible, initiates lasting change.
“At first people refuse to believe that a strange new thing can be done, then they begin to hope it can be done, then they see it can be done–then it is done and all the world wonders why it was not done centuries ago.” ― Frances Hodgson Burnett
The secret garden is a secret for as long as the door remains closed.
This attitude of possibility shows up in quantum theory—inherent in each situation and dynamic is a multitude of possibilities. In becoming more conscious and creative, more present, more curious, we awaken ourselves to what is possible. We see more. Our view opens because we have let go of a limited perspective and put the key in the door of what might be possible.
This is Magic. This is the best kind of Magic.
“I am sure there is Magic in everything, only we have not sense enough to get hold of it and make it do things for us” ― Frances Hodgson Burnett, The Secret Garden
And this magic inherent in “what is possible,” results in miracles. The miracle of letting go of negativity, of transforming relationships, of ending abuse, of expressing and sharing our creative spirit, of living life in the open. This is the miracle of living life from our side (the zero point agreement).
“And the secret garden bloomed and bloomed and every morning revealed new miracles.” ― Frances Hodgson Burnett, The Secret Garden
