Spiritual Healing & The Shaman’s Body

 

The mind, the breath and uplifting emotional states such as acceptance and compassion are powerful tools of healing. We can engage the energy body through breath, meditations and personal body rituals that wake up our own shaman’s body.

 

 

Fall is the transition time when the body is more vulnerable and often stressed than any other season. Fall is a good time to do a light seasonal cleanse. This is a good time to prepare for the winter season. It is always a “good time of year” to spend some time outdoors in the natural light. Also:

  • Stay warm, eat warm and moist food.
  • Avoid dry and cold foods such as ice cream and salad.
  • Go to bed early. Sleep at least 7 hours.
  • Drink healing tea.

Join me and others in The Shaman’s Body Healing Circle  starting this September 27th from 9:00 am till 11:30 am. The Shaman’s Body recognizes our abilities to assist in our own healing and improve the satisfaction we experience with our physical bodies by tapping into its inherent wisdom. Gathering in a safe circle of others with the intention to increase your well-being will enhance your already existing healing practices. Held at Healing Services on the River in Prairie du Sac, 595 Water Street.
