Don’t Bring Things To A Painful Point

Instead of getting all caught up in our own intense emotions, habitual responses or attachments we can apply a principle such as “don’t bring things to a painful point” or “don’t take things personally.” Be willing to walk away until you have diminished the negativity around it. Our energy then goes into something positive.
